2026-05-08.5_domination and liberation
since the tendency, and subsequent ability, to dominate is the/a core condition of any oppressive and exploitative social system such as capitalism, any attempt at liberation must do away with the tendency and ability to dominate as comprehensively as possible.
and following that logic, we must: 1. acquire/produce as much desire as possible to end the domination tendency, 2. acquire/produce as much faith as possible that liberation from domination is indeed possible and desirable, 3. acquire/produce as much knowledge as possible about how domination is realized and reproduced (in the current moment) + how the tendency’s ability to dominate can/could be abolished, meaning primarily where the weaknesses (and strengths) of the current systems of domination + where our strengths (and weaknesses) within and against said systems are/could be, and 4. engage in as much practice as possible that destroys the domination tendency on one hand and builds our liberatory alternative on the other hand.*
